Ever since the iPad was announced, the question on many peoples lips has been what impact it might have on the mobile marketing business. Rumours are now circulating that it could be pretty significant. The US website Online Media Daily reports that Apple is preparing to announce a personalized, mobile advertising system it believes it could be called the iAd. According to the report, Apple boss Steve Jobs will reveal all to US ad agency chiefs on 7 April.
