IMImobile, a cloud communications software and solutions provider, has launched RCS (rich communications services) business messaging in its IMIconnect platform.
With the introduction, enterprise businesses will be able to use a ‘drag & drop’ workflow builder to configure RCS messaging journeys. Furthermore, these RCS services can be integrated with CRM, marketing and customer service systems.

Through IMIconnect, businesses will be able to launch RCS messaging services alongside channels such as SMS, push messaging, email, and Facebook Messenger. RCS businesses messaging through the platform has already been adopted by Barclays, British Gas, Foxtons, and Pizza Hut.
