impact.com bags secondary investment of nearly $100 million

Brand partnership specialist impact.com has raised $100 million from W Capital Partners and Providence Public.

The company currently works with more than 2,000 brands, publishers and agencies. Its platform helps them to manage their partnerships with influencers and creators, affiliates, commerce content publishers and more. The firm says the new investment will help it to "further solidify the company’s leading position and expertise within the partnership economy."

The announcement follows impact.com's acquisition of Pressboard Media, an analytics and reporting platform for branded content.
