ImpulsePay Triumphs in Global Messaging Awards

ImpulsePay has picked up a Global Messaging Award for Best Messaging Application: Business for its mobile purchasing solution, which uses Payforit to allow consumers to make purchases using their mobile phone bill.

The service was launched last year and is now being used by an increasing number of UK businesses. ImpulsePay says the solution offers businesses better sales conversion rates, since more people have mobile phones than credit cards, and that as it is based on the network operator- approved Payforit system, it offers greater security and reliability than other forms of SMS Billing.

One business using ImpulsePay is the car parking company Park Pay & Go. Using ImplusePay means the company does not need to install physical meters, freeing up more parking space. For consumers, the solution means they don’t have to rely on having change to feed the meter.
