Mobile marketing firm Incentivated has renewed its five-year relationship with Scottish Power. Scottish Power will continue to use Incentivated’s platform to enable its customers to submit meter readings via text message, reducing the need for estimated bills and so avoiding the build-up of debt or over payment.
Incentivated notes that the SMS meter-reading service is more convenient for customers than a telephone call, calling card, or knock on the door, putting the customer in charge of providing the readings.
