74 per cent of transactions that start from clicking on a mobile ad are completed outside of the home, according to a new whitepaper researched by mobile location firm BlisMedia on the influence location has on cross-screen advertising and its effectiveness.
While home is the top click through location for smartphones, tablets and laptops, BlisMedias research showed that 58 per cent of all transactions that begin with clicking on a mobile ad involve at least one other mobile device in the process, indicator the extent to which customer journeys have become a multi-channel process.
