Shanghai-based private equity group Innotech Capitals has acquired Ad-Juster, a US data aggregation platform, in a bid to accelerate the data aggregator’s global growth. The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
Ad-Juster, founded in 2007, automates time-consuming manual processes for digital publishers, ad agencies, ad networks and ad tech platform. It specialises in display ad reporting, third party data aggregation, programmatic reporting, and more. It will retain its current management team and continue to operate under the same business model.
“Innotech International Group will provide Ad-Juster with the resources we need to accelerate our offering not only here in the U.S. but also internationally. Having bootstrapped Ad-Juster from day-one entirely from its own cash flow, the opportunity to transition what we do well to a broader audience is very exciting,” says Mike Lewis, President and co-founder of Ad-Juster.
The San Diego-based company claims that over 120 brand name digital publishing companies use it, ‘including over half of the comScore top 50 publishers by impression volume’.
