Social network game developer Ozura World has sold a $30m (£19m) strategic stake in its business to telco infrastructure firm, Inovisi Infracom. In return, Inovisi will sell telecom infrastructure services for Ozura World's mobile social platform, Fonwar.

The Fonwar Instant Messaging (IM) software had over 16m users as of June 2010, and this figure is expected to double in the next 12 months. Over the last two years, Ozura has seen 30m games and apps downloaded, 2bn IM messages exchanged, and close to 1.2bn texts  delivered.

“This is a strong statement of confidence in this partnership and in Ozura World,” says Inovisi Infracom president director, Pak Jerry. "(Our) partnership with Ozura World will enable the company to ride on the bullish mobile internet phenomena which is perfect match with the company’s core products & services. It's just the beginning."

On top of organic growth, Inovisi is looking for more investment and acquisition opportunities in the telco and internet space. The company is targeting over $120m in sales from mobile internet-related business in the next two years.
