Ahead of the iPad mini launch, Apple has released iOS 6.0.1, the first update for its latest OS.
The update includes bug fixes for various issues, including problems with the keyboard, camera flash, and wi-fi – possibly related to the allegations that iOS 6 was prioritising 3G over wi-fi connections.
Before they can update, however, iPhone 5 users will first have to download a patch for the updater software itself, as OTA (Over The Air) update issues are among the bugs fixed by 6.0.1.
