Mobile social network itsmy.com has launched what it says is the first social phone book on the mobile Internet. There is no application download needed. All features can be accessed via a mobile browser at: http://m.itsmy.com
Everybody on the mobile web has now the opportunity to create an individual, interactive social phone book by just a few clicks, the company says. The mobile web phone book consists of single contacts with all profile details from your friends, such as phone numbers, pictures and links to favourite mobile sites, as well as a number of social networking features like direct access to community actions, messaging, sharing and voting.
During Q3/2008, itsmy.com says it will be possible to add videos and location to your phone book details, as well as direct access to your personal mobile social TV channel.
We will transfer the complete personal phone book from the mobile device into the mobile web, make it social and add every possible feature, including voice and video calls, says itsmy.com CEO, Antonio Vince Staybl.
