Location-based media company JiWire made its first hire in the UK, with the appointment of Trish Tarson as European agency sales manager.
JiWire offers location-based advertising campaigns for advertisers and their agencies, and Tarsons job will be to work with agencies to grow and maintain existing agency accounts within the region and build relationships with media planning and buying agency contacts and brands.
Tarson joins JiWire from Hi-Media. She has also held sales positions at eType, Lastminute.com, ITC, and Reed Business Information.
