K3 and Eagle Eye Integrate POS and Coupons with Partnership

Multichannel point-of-sale (POS) solutions firm K3 Retail and digital consumer engagement specialists Eagle Eye Solutions have launched a partnership to enable secure issuance and redemption of digital coupons and rewards at the point of sale.
Eagle Eyes platform provides campaign marketing, issuance, redemption and reporting components, enabling offers and rewards to be delivered in timely and relevant ways. By integrating with K3s Microsoft Dynamics Solutions, the two companies can close the loop for their retail clients, providing real-time information about issuance and redemption success.
Eagle Eye enables offers and rewards to be distributed through SMS, email and in app push notifications, while K3s solution can redeem them through POS in store or online, via keyed entry, scan or NFC, resulting in a true multichannel experience for consumers.
The two companies showcased the capabilities of their partnership at K3s recent Make Happy retail conference, using an Eagle Eye app with a digital stamp card capability to scan codes at the K3 rewards POS. Once the card was filled, users received a restaurant gift voucher as a reward for completing the journey.
