App platform provider Kony has expanded its management team. The company says it has hired Aaron Kaufman with a view to expand its presence in the healthcare and life sciences industry. 

Kaufman takes the role of vice president and general manager, healthcare and life science solutions at Kony. Kaufman is a veteran of the industry – prior to this role at Kony he served as the chief technology officer for a Fortune 10 healthcare organisation, where he focused on healthcare information technology initiatives. Previously, Kaufman held senior executive roles at numerous organisations, including US Oncology, Abraxis Bioscience, Cognizant and Infosys.
