At 4pm UK time this afternoon, we are staging the latest in our 2013 Making Sense of Mobile series of free webinars, looking at Mobile CRM. Almost 150 people have so far registered to attend the webinar for free, but we still have room for more if you would like to join us.
The webinar will feature three speakers – Rob Townsend, marketing director at Textlocal, which took the Award for Most Effective Mobile Advertising Platform/Network in our 2011 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards; Alex Klose, head of marketing at IMImobile, winner of the 2012 Effective Mobile Marketing Award for Most Effective Mobile CRM/Enterprise Messaging Campaign; and Bjorn Hildahl, VP, product management at Kony.
Rob Townsend’s presentation is titled: Applying Mobile CRM with Messaging. In it, he will offer delegates a sneak preview of the pending results of Textlocals recently-completed mCRM research project, conducted among 2,000 consumers and 300 brands. The results make it crystal clear that brands cannot afford to ignore SMS.
In his presentation, Alex Klose will talk about the importance of multi-channel mCRM, and how best to engage with customers across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Bjorn Hildahl will explain how to make a success of mobile CRM, based on the company’s experience working with major global brands.
After the presentations, the three speakers will take part in a Q&A session, moderated by Mobile Marketing editor, David Murphy. The webinar is free to attend, and offers a great way to increase your knowledge of a subject that is often misunderstood, but which offers tremendous potential for brands that can harness its power.
You can register for the webinar here. And if you find you cant attend the live event, youll receive a link to a recording afterwards.
