Toy maker Lego has launched Fusion sets which use AR to create virtual copies of users physical creations.
The bricks are marked with a pattern which is detected by an accompanying app, of which there are four, matching the relevant set. 
These apps enable the user to play an extra game with their creation, from interacting with a building to racing a customised car. These games require the user to own the physical sets, acting as a value-add and giving Lego a similar model to the Skylanders toys.
