Travel search engine liligo.com has launched an iPhone application. The free app compares offers from 250 travel sites in real-time, including all low cost companies and charter airlines. Results are presented in price order, with the lowest prices shown first. Users can also apply filters such as airport, airline and trip duration, and the results can be shared with friends via email. The company its USP is the number of low-cost airlines it indexes, which means that users of the app can be sure of picking up the best deals on flights from their iPhone.
