London’s Westfield Shopping Centre Launches NFC Campaign

Shopping centre, Westfield, has worked with CBS Outdoor and Proxama, an NFC tech provider, to encourage shoppers to ‘turn on, tap, enjoy’ content, offers and prizes by using the new digital pods at the shopping centre in London.
Universal Music has provided an exclusive Rizzle Kicks track to get NFC handset owners tapping, as well enabling to buy the entire album directly from the CBS pods. Time Out has put a Moroccan holiday up for grabs and people can also download the magazines app for more information about events going on in London. Further incentives include a brand-based game created by CBS Outdoor and recipes from Masterchef winner Lisa Faulkner.
From mid-October, CBS Outdoor will mount an NFC consumer education drive via posters on National Rail, the London Underground, as well as at Westfield.
