LoyaltySpace Unveils SME Loyalty Programme

LoyaltySpace has unveiled its loyalty programme of the same name. It’s a web-based software tool designed to enable small businesses to implement and manage a customer loyalty programme. It also incorporates a mobile marketing platform including SMS and a customisable mobile web portal, which companies can use to push offers and marketing messages to their customers, with the messages targeted based on the customer’s transaction history. Customers, in turn, can check their loyalty points and current tailored offers via their mobile phone.

“We wanted to take a step back and freshen up the concept of loyalty programs to suit how people interact nowadays,” says LoyaltySpace founder, Ben Wootton. “Mobile, together with online and social media, were the obvious starting points for that. Mobile is key as we are working with bricks and mortar stores.” 

The next phase of the launch will see the programme integrates with social media, enabling people to share certain rewards with a limited number of their friends via Facebook and Twitter and spread the word virally.
