Lumata Launches the Campaign Recommendation Engine

Lumata has updated its Expression platform for operators, adding the Campaign Recommendation Engine (CRE), a solution offering real time predictive analytics. 

The CRE can optimise an operator’s loyalty programmes through recommendations, down to the individual level, which marketing activity is most likely to engage the customer.
