Financial firm LV= has signed up mobile experience agency Yo2mo to bring the rugby union league, which it sponsors, to life.
Viewers of this Sundays LV= Cup Final, between Sale Sharks and Harlequins, will be able to scan the logos of the firm or cup using the Yo2mo Window app to access statistics and information about the game.
“We believe that mobile is about people,” said Michael Wahlstrom, VP of mobile development and emerging technology at Yo2mo. “Our designers and developers build mobile strategies based on the new mobile user and how they behave, shop, play, consume and interact with their smart devices and the world around them.”
Yo2mo will also have a team of representatives at the event encouraging and assisting attendees to download and use the app.
