Lyric Legend Launches on Android

Lyric Legend, the game that challenges players to guess song lyrics in order to progress to the next level has launched in Beta on Android.

The free game pits players’ knowledge of lyrics against their reaction speed with its fast-paced gameplay. Simply hit the word orbs in the correct order, and in time to the music, to progress to the next level. By perfecting the lyrics, users climb up the rankings competing against other players from around the world.

The game is preloaded with seven free songs. Additional songs and artists are available to download for 80 Gold Notes (the in-game currency). 80 Gold Notes cost $0.99 (£0.60) and can be earned through gameplay, or bought via the music store.

Lyric Legend was developed by TuneWiki, an award-winning social music player that provides timed, subtitled lyrics. The game has enjoyed over 1.8m downloads since its launch on the iPhone in August 2010. Move Along by The All-American Rejects is the top song, with over 1m registered scores. The Android version requires Android V2.1 or above, which equates to over 90 per cent of all Android handsets.
