Majority of Just Eat Takeaway Orders Now Come From Mobile

Just EatOnline takeaway service Just Eat has reported that mobile accounted for 56 per cent of its orders in the UK during the first half of 2014.

This is the first time mobile orders have passed the halfway mark, meaning its share has more than doubled in just over a year – in Q4 2012, Just Eat reported that 27 per cent of its orders came from mobile.

This growth pushed an overall 58 per cent increase in revenues for H1 year-on-year, up to £69.8m. During the period, Just Eat reported 6.9m active users, and over 40,000 partnered takeaway restaurants across 13 countries.
