Mazda Canada has launched an iPad app, Mazda Connect, designed to provide an improved consumer experience. Developed by Aspect, the app includes a dealer locator, owner’s manuals and integration into social media platforms.
The app was created as a part of a promotion intended to educate consumers about on its SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY suite, aimed at improving driving performance and fuel efficiency. Customers who purchased a Mazda vehicle from Canadian dealerships in December last year received a Tablet device preloaded with the Aspect-developed Mazda Connect application.
“After the success of a similar application for Mazda Mexico, we knew Aspect had the ideas and expertise to help us connect with our Canadian customers and ensure they are getting the best user experience possible,” says Krista Kelly, manager of brand communications, Mazda. “With the breadth of knowledge and innovation they continuously deliver, Aspect is a trusted partner that we can rely on.”
