Global agency MediaCom has partnered with mobile ad server Medialets as part of an effort to make mobile campaign more accessible and efficient for its brand clients.
Medialets buy-side mobile ad serving platform, Servo, is intended to help optimise advertisers’ mobile activity through in-depth data and metrics, to reduce the amount of time and work needed to execute brand campaigns on mobile, and to give a clear overview of where clients money is being spent on mobile.
This is the second partnership of its type that MediaCom has signed so far this year, following from a deal in March with an unnamed rich media vendor, intended to provide a single platform for creating mobile rich media display ads – a vendor which will now integrate into Medialets platform.
“Many clients regard mobile as complex and expensive,” said Mediacom global head of mobile Ben Phillips. “By partnering with a rich media vendor for our creative, and now Medialets for our entire buy-side ad serving and tracking, we are building a global set of tools that work together to simplify the process and strip out wasted costs.
“These deals will also give advertisers authoritative data that enables them to improve performance each and every time they invest in this fantastic channel. Building a defined mobile system is part of ongoing integration with best of breed partners for MediaCom and our clients globally.”
The Medialets partnership will be rolled out to all the markets in which MediaCom operates.
