Menzies Distribution has launched an iPhone and Android app for its retail customers. The apps, created by Roundpoint, enable Menzies customers to inform Menzies whether they need a resupply of publications, straight from the shop floor, speeding up communications, and reducing the likelihood of errors. Retail customers can also review a days delivery note, check any variations on actual receipt and request a re-supply or a credit, through the app.
“We are delighted with these iPhone and Android apps,” says Andy Barr, senior project manager at Menzies Distribution. “They will save our customers a lot of time and energy and us a significant amount of money. Menzies is embracing digital in deploying these apps for a B2B environment.”
