Microsoft Advertising has signed a global commercial agreement with Mojiva.
Under the terms of the deal, Microsoft Advertising will integrate Mojiva’s Mocean Mobile platform into its existing suite of digital advertising technologies – including AdExpert, pubCenter and adCenter – to serve mobile display ads across Microsoft’s global network of mobile apps and websites, including MSN for Mobile, and other titles. In addition, the Mojiva network will integrate into the Microsoft Advertising Exchange for Mobile, bringing additional demand into the system by the first half of 2012.
The companies say the agreement will provide mobile developers and publishers with a true global “one-stop shop” for monetizing their mobile advertising inventory with comprehensive, easy-to-use and well-documented ad solutions for Windows Phone, iOS, and Android apps, as well as mobile browsers. Combined with Microsoft’s global direct sales force and automated backfill solutions, the companies add, the agreement will provide mobile developers and publishers with a powerful monetization solution that can effectively scale with their ever-changing needs.
