Millennial and AppStori Partner to Help Fund App Developers

Millennial Media has partnered with app crowdsourcing platform AppStori to help out fledgling app developers.
AppStori will put $500 in cash funding behind eligible projects, while Millennial Media will contribute $500 in advertising credit, as well as a mentor to help developers monetise, market and manage their app.
“At Millennial Media, we consider ourselves a partner to developers. We help them successfully navigate and manage all aspects of the app economy, from monetization to advertising, and everything in between,” said Matt Gillis, Millennials SVP of global monetisation solutions. “There are developers out there that may have a million dollar idea, but simply don’t have the tools or resources to execute it. We want to enable these developers to realize their potential and build a business. Our partnership with AppStori is one more way we can help support those developers.”
