Millennial Media and Nexage Finalise Acquisition

MillennialMillennial Media has completed its acquisition of Nexage, expanding its supply-side platform capabilities, bringing programmatic platform functionality in-house and creating one of the largest independent mobile marketplaces.

The acquisition will enable Millennial to bring ad dollars from hundreds of demand sources and thousands of advertisers to its network of over 60,000 applications and mobile sites from across the world.
