Mind Candy, Skyscanner and Just Eat Join Future Fifty

The first 25 Future Fifty participants have been selected – with a number of fast-growth mobile companies making the list.

Lumi Mobile, an engagement and insight company for market researchers, Neomobile, an mPayment service provider, and Hailo, the taxi hailing app have joined the first wave.

Big mobile movers – including Moshi Monsters, Skyscanner and Just Eat – have also been selected to receive the ‘concierge’-style service connecting companies with business support and funding advice.

Mind Candy and Skyscanner have been some of the biggest hirers in mobile this year, with mobile search overtaking desktop for the travel company this year.

The Future Fifty was launched in April by George Osborne and Joanna Shields, UK Ambassador for Digital Industries and CEO of Tech City UK.
