Mobile Ads Spur YOC Group to Growth

Mobile media technology company The YOC Group has reported an increase in turnover to €16.5m over the last six months – a 6 per cent increase over the same period last year. 

The company has also reported that its international business now accounts for 43 per cent of its overall revenues, after a drive to expand operations around the world. 

Mobile advertising has contributed to a 57 per cent turnover growth in the media segment – with mobile ads doubling its business volume compared to the same period last year, says the company.

The company says its numbers were achieved after reducing its non-core activities and focusing on mobile technology and media activities. In the first half of 2011, the mobile technology segment accounts for 45 per cent and media for 55 per cent of turnover.
