GoSpoken.com has preloaded its shortcut app to a selection of the latest Nokia 6700 Classic handsets released last month in the UK. The app links to the digital book download site GoSpoken.com and can be found on the front screen menu or in the Applications folder. The handset is a mass-market multimedia entertainment phone, offering fast Internet access.
GoSpoken.com gives instant access to thousands of the latest releases and bestselling books from top authors such as James Patterson, Sophie Kinsella and Dan Brown available for instant download to mobile phones. E-books and audio books can be sampled for free, and paid for via the users mobile phone bill or credit card payment. Prices start from 1.50
The mobile book store, which launched in the UK last year at the London Book Fair, now boasts a catalogue of 6,000 digital books, which is set to grow to 25,000 by the end of the year.
