Mobile Commerce has partnered with Thomsonlocal.com launch the directory companys local business search app on the Nokia Ovi Store. 

The Thomsonlocal.com app allows the user to access thomsonlocal.coms database of over 2m businesses. It delivers detailed information for each business, along with thomsonlocal.coms additional information, including ratings and reviews, according to Mobile Commerce.

The app has some actions that are specific to the Nokia platform, such as a Click-to-Call function, and the ability to Add Business as a Contact and send an email. Users can also view a map. Recent searches are saved for later recall.

The app is designed for Nokia N8, C7, X6, 5800, 5230, N97 and N97 mini handsets.
