ZX9W7299Codewise Hires Gavin Stirrat as MD for Tracking Platform
Performance marketing provider Codewise has hired Gavin Stirrat to the newly created role of Managing Director of Voluum, the company's tracking platform. Stirrat will be responsible for the commercial development of the platform, as DSP functionality is added to its existing suite of tracking tools.

Stirrat has previously held senior leadership roles at Advertising.com, Millennial Media and, most recently, StrikeAd, prior to its acquisition by Sizmek. He brings a strong understanding of brands and agencies to the post that will prove crucial as Codewise attempts to develop its client base amongst larger performance advertisers.

"With its extensive experience in performance tracking and programmatic trading, the calibre of its sizable development team in Krakow and its approach of building DSP functionality directly into the tracking platform, Codewise is significantly simplifying the challenges of rapidly optimising performance campaigns."

New Vice President of EMEA named at PubMatic
Marketing automation software firm PubMatic has appointed Bill Swanson as Vice President of EMEA, promoting him from the role of Country Manager UK at the company, which he has held since February 2014.

"Bill has been instrumental in shaping the UK into a model for our other international country operations," said Rob Jonas, chief revenue officer at PubMatic. "Under his leadership, the UK team has become one of our most premium publisher markets globally, winning notable customers such as The Economist, Haymarket, ESI Media, Vice and Press Holdings Media Group."

As Vice President of EMEA, Swanson will be responsible for continuing to grow PubMatic's portfolio of premium publishers and media buyer partners, as well as capitalising on emerging technology opportunities, and recruiting top market talent.

Ben Humphry Joins Intelligent Optimisations as Chief Commercial Officer
Intelligent Optimisations (IO) has appointed Ben Humphry as its new Chief Commercial Officer, placing him in charge of the development and execution of the marketing tech company's commercialisation strategy.

Humphry has over 15 years experience in the ad tech industry at director and SVP level, most recently as global SVP for demand at Coull and UK managing director at Nugg.ad. He is also an elected board member at IAB Europe, with a host of experience with mobile, programmatic and advertising solutions.

"I am delighted to join Intelligent Optimisations and to continue the incredible momentum the company has had so far," said Humphry. "I look forward to expanding the geographical footprint of IO, and leading our commercial growth.
