Mobile Marketing Software Updated

Software company SingTive has announced the release of the latest version, 2.7, of its Mobile Marketing Pro solution, which it says is the result of more than four years of software development.
Small and medium-sized businesses, says SignTive, are excluded from mobile marketing due to the high costs, technical complexity, lack of software and the need to involve third parties or for direct negotiation with the phone carriers that provide SMS services. Mobile Marketing Pro allows small and medium-sized businesses to establish a new relationship with their customers, through SMS delivery and reception, using mobile phones connected to a personal computer. This way, the company says, businesses can cut costs and maintain their customers security and privacy.
Mobile Marketing Pro enables companies to create mobile marketing campaigns through delivery and reception of SMS text messages with keywords. It can also be used to create SMS information services to send newsletters or alerts. Using the personalization features built into the system, says SignTive, its easy to create identifiers that can be used in discount coupons, invitations or prizes and send them in SMS text messages.
Mobile Marketing Pro has its own server that enables 64 phones to simultaneously send and receie SMS text messages. It runs on Windows 2000 Pro, Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP Pro, Windows 2003 Server and Windows Vista.
The software is available here, starting at 99 (50) for one mobile phone licence and 20 for each additional mobile phone licence.
