Mobile Traffic Up but Sales Down

Mobile traffic has continued to grow way into the New Year, with a record 20.7 per cent coming from mobile devices in February, according to data from Affiliate Window.

This is up from 19.63 per cent a month earlier – and more than double the traffic seen at the same time last year.

Despite this, sales were down slightly from 14 per cent in January to 13.7 per cent in February. Tablets continue to make up the majority of mobile sales.

Mobile traffic is converting at 3.43 per cent – slightly higher than the same time last year – but remains the same as January.
