Communications technology company mobileStorm has released mobileStorm 5.0, a cloud-based communications platform.
The company says the mS5 platform is designed for the healthcare sector, as well as marketers from a variety of other industries.
The system is designed to be an easy-to-use tool for messaging, says the company, with a cloud-based SaaS model. It features a HTML5 drag-and-drop interface for compsing messages with a variety of objects, transitions, and dynamic displays of data, says the company.
The platform also has a number of reporting features. Campaigns have an integrated dashboard for detailed reports such as open and click-thru rates, message failures and reasons, complaints, and unsubscribe data. The dashboard is integrated even for joint SMS and email campaigns, says mobileStorm.
mS5 also supports campaign goal-setting, advanced audience segmentation, message personalisation, Facebook and Twitter integration, advanced list management, and security features. The platform has HIPAA compliance for mobileStorms healthcare clients.
mobileStorm CEO and founder Jared Reitzin says: “Now with the computing power of the cloud, enormous amounts of behavioral data can be crunched in real time, resulting in powerful recommendations that can enable any-sized business to reach the right person, via the right channel, at the right time. mobileStorm is working hard to make intelligent communication a reality, and mS5 is the first step towards that goal. Our mission is to create the most intelligent communication platform on the planet.”
mobileStorm has supplied messaging solutions to brands such as Humana, New Balance, Ashley Furniture Homestore, and Kaiser Permanente.
