Platform provider Momac has hired Gabriel Gallegos as senior VP of business development for the Americas. This comes in conjunction with the opening of its first US office, in Florida – part of a strategy, the company says, to expand its clientèle in both North and South America.

“Due to the huge potential for different partnerships in North and South America, and an impressive demand for the Momac mobile platform mvolve, Momac decided to open a fourth office in the US,” says Momac CCO Sham Careem. “This is really a testament to the strength of our platform. Mvolve is being adopted all over the world as a superior customer engagement platform that delivers measurable results in terms of mobile customer experience management, and we are excited to develop our offering in these markets.”

Gallegos brings 20 years of experience in growing technology companies to his role, and will spearhead Momac business expansion within mature North American telecommunications markets as well as emerging markets in South America.
