Moolah Media Launches Mobile Redirect for Desktop Ads

Moolah Media has announced a system that will allow advertisers to redirect mobile users to mobile versions of their ads.

This new advertising unit in the companys ad network unit will seamlessly transpose ads that are inaccessible or difficult to use on mobile devices into mobile-friendly formats, says the company.

Moolahs Mobile Redirect advertising technology determines if an offer page is being accessed by a mobile device, and offers an optimized alternative. This will allow web publishers to generate revenue from mobile visits, says Moolah.

“We believe theres over a billion dollars lost annually when mobile users are directed to PC-based offers, because consumers are unable to execute on the call to action from their mobile device,” says Shawn Scheuer, CEO of Moolah Media. “With Mobile Redirect Advertisements, publishers dont have to worry about this issue, and can automatically serve a relevant offer to consumers that access their site, optimized by offer category and device capabilities.”

Moolah estimates that 10 to 18 per cent of clicks from email and 2 to 8 per cent of display clicks are currently being generated from mobile devices, and therefore claims Mobile Redirect Advertising will give advertisers a 3 to 6 per cent increase in revenue at 100 per cent margin.

The Mobile Redirect advertising solution is part of Moolahs real-time mobile ad serving and tracking platform.
