mopay Offers Direct-to-bill Payments for Dating Sites

Mobile payment solutions provider mopay has launched a direct-to-bill payment service customized for online dating services. Dating site Twoo.com is the first to go live with the platform, which mopay says enables companies to reach a new market of consumers who do not have, or feel secure using, bank accounts or credit cards.
