Two Executives join LiveArea
Global customer experience and commerce agency LiveArea has added two new executives to its North America leadership team to support the agency’s expanding capabilities.
Taking on the role of Area Vice President of Growth is Michael Maione. He joins LiveArea from Publicis Sapient, where he spent more than 10 years, most recently as Vice President and Client Executive working with Fortune 100 brands.
Also joining LiveArea is Area Vice President of Program Delivery, Anjum Merchant. Merchant has led global delivery teams in a variety of companies, including Accenture Interactive and AAXIS; most recently, he served as Senior Director of eCommerce at Gorilla Group.
“The expertise and talent Michael and Anjum bring to LiveArea will be invaluable as we expand our capabilities, look to fuel growth in new markets, and enhance our delivery with leading design and technology to help differentiate our clients,” said President of LiveArea, Jim Butler.
Healthware welcomes Valenti
Global consultancy and digital health company Healthware Grouph has appointed Yannick Valenti as its Digital Strategy and Customer Engagement Director out of the company’s UK office.
Valenti has worked with clients such as Roche, Pfizer, Bayer, Novartis, Takeda, and Celgene in therapeutic areas that include oncology, multiple sclerosis, precision medicine, and rare diseases. He comes to Healthware from Ogilvy Health, where he spent three years as the Digital Strategy Director.
“I am very happy to become part of the Healthware family, a group committed to the latest advancements in digital health and innovation, and I look forward to combining rigorous digital strategies and customer engagement expertise to help pharmaceutical brands move toward the future of health” said Valenti.
Feed promotes Lloyd to CEO
Independent digital marketing agency Feed has promoted Alicja Lloyd to the role of Global CEO.
Lloyd, who has 21 years’ industry experience, originally joined Feed in 2018 as its first Client Services Director and was promoted initially to Managing Director Europe, Deputy CEO and now Global CEO. Prior to joining Feed, Lloyd was Client Director at Digitas and spent five years prior to that at Critical Mass.
“We’ve learnt a lot over the past year, both about business and about leadership. I am so proud of the team we have at Feed and feel passionately about guiding the business through our next chapter” said Lloyd.
Frequence announces Head of Marketing
Advertising sales automation and workflow software, Frequence has appointed Anna Enerio as the companys Head of Marketing.
Enerio brings over two decades of experience in marketing, with extensive focus in branding, product marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics. Prior to joining Frequence, she served as Head of Marketing at PARC, a Xerox company, where she oversaw all global marketing efforts for the company. Enerio also held senior-level positions at SanDisk and Kodak.
“Frequence has set the standard for marketing software innovation by giving traditional media companies a seamless way to assemble integrated product offerings, and then delivering those offerings through a single workflow system. It’s an honor to join this talented team” said Enerio.
ELVIS promotes Whitehouse
Creative agency ELVIS has promoted David Whitehouse from the position of Business Director to the newly created role of Client Services Director.
Whitehouse joined ELVIS as a graduate trainee in 2010, and he has since led many of the agency’s most successful client work, including the multiple award-winning Cadbury Premier League initiative, which has achieved year-on-year growth in ROI.
“Going from grad to Client Services Director at ELVIS has been an incredible journey and is testament to the focus the business has on growth and development. Im super excited to be leading an incredibly smart and talented team and look forward to giving others the same support I had. My focus will be on continuing to strengthen our already industry-leading client relationships and harnessing those to develop braver, more purpose-driven creative work” said Whitehouse.
Cavai recruits Cutbill
Conversational advertising cloud, Cavai has appointed Stephen Cutbill as VP, Global Partnerships.
Previously UK Managing Director at Hubvisor, an ad tech provider helping digital publishers to optimise revenue strategies, Cutbill started his career at News international and Future Publishing before going on to work at a range of leading digital media businesses including Adconian Media Group, MediaMath, OpenX and TripleLift.
“I can’t wait to join Cavai’s creative and innovative team. Increasing awareness and education for buyers and sellers on how to integrate conversational ads into their planning and monetisation strategies is critical in today’s fast-moving landscape. Conversational advertising is rapidly growing in importance as a channel, given that it enables audiences to interact with brands in respectful ways – increasing both trust and engagement” said Cutbill.
Mediafly appoints two new members
Sales enablement technology provider, Mediafly has announced the appointment of two new members to its board of advisors, Mary Shea and Mark Ebert.
Shea recently joined Outreach, a Seattle-based sales engagement platform, as Vice President and Global Innovation Evangelist to conduct research on the changing relationship between buyers and sellers, and to support businesses navigating today’s increasingly complex sales technology landscape. Before joining Outreach, she was a leading B2B sales industry analyst at Forrester, advising Fortune 500 companies on the development and execution of effective sales strategies. Shea is also an advisory board member of Start-Out, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing the number, diversity and impact of LGBTQIA+ founders and business leaders.
Ebert is the senior vice president of sales at 6sense, a San Francisco-based account engagement platform, where he leads the company’s sales, revenue operations and enablement teams. He’s a veteran of the enterprise marketing, sales and advertising technology space, with more than 15 years of commercial experience helping companies achieve measurable revenue results. Under his leadership, 6sense has seen three consecutive years of 100%+ revenue growth. Prior to 6sense, Ebert led enterprise sales teams at Responsys, which Oracle Marketing Cloud acquired in 2014.

Ijaola joins TabMo
Mobile-first company TabMo has appointed Kayode Ijaola as Head of Platform Operations.
Ijaola joins from programmatic media operator MiQ where, as group trader manager, he managed the team responsible for the UK’s largest agency holding groups. Prior to that he was responsible for the delivery and performance of programmatic campaigns for clients at digital accelerator Beamly; previously he held a trading role at digital media marketplace, The Exchange Lab.
