Sir John Hegarty joins GENIE as Chairman
Automated talent agency GENIE has announced Sir John Hegarty as its new Chairman.
Hegarty joins GENIE to continue solving the creative industry’s biggest challenge: enabling creative companies and freelancers to manage independent, distributed talent more effectively. Uberall elevates Popp to Chief People Officer and appoints Andrade as VP Brand Marketing
Uberall, the leading provider of Near Me Brand Experience marketing solutions, has promoted Anja Popp to the position of Chief People Officer and welcomes Gordon Andrade as VP Brand Marketing.
Popp joined Uberall in 2019 as VP Human Resources. In her new role, she will not only be responsible for global recruitment, employee relations, and the development of HR policies, but will also drive innovative approaches to human resources and provide strategic input, acting as a key stakeholder in shaping the future of Uberall.

Landor & Fitch promotes Atallah to General Manager
Landor & Fitch, the global brand transformation company, has announced the promotion of Amal Atallah to General Manager of its London studio.
Atallah has more than 18 years’ experience leading large scale-research brand and experience projects for some of the world’s biggest brands including Accenture, Covestro, PepsiCo and Nestlé. She has previously held roles in business consultation across a number of clients in the MEA region, before joining the team at Landor Dubai in 2011. She transferred to London in 2014, leading the regional client services teams prior to her appointment as General Manager of Landor & Fitch London.

Dale named Agency Sales Manager at TabMo
Mobile-first agency TabMo has appointed Olivia Dale as its new Agency Sales Manager, as it continues to expand its team to meet the growing demand for its cross-channel advertising platform, Hawk.

Venture Forge recruits Kahn and Ross
UK Amazon agency Venture Forge has welcomed two new Amazon account managers to its team. Both will lead, manage, and implement Amazon strategies across the global marketplace to support brand growth for Venture Forge’s client base.
Michael Kahn joins the team as a senior Amazon Account Manager, and will be working remotely from Israel. Kahn previously held a position at online marketplace agency Active8. Before this, he created and sold private label brands via Amazon. In his previous role, Kahn helped a first aid brand and manufacturer on Amazon Vendor, tripling the brand’s annual revenue to £1.75 million.
Sam Ross will join as an Amazon Account Manager and will be based in West Yorkshire. Ross also brings own brand growth experience to the role, having created and built his brand Generation Skincare into a number one Amazon bestseller.

Patel joins Inurfaces advisory board
Experimental technology business Inurface Group has appointed Naren Patel to its evolving businesses advisory board.
With over 20 years experience heading up operations within the technology and media industry, Patel will help drive growth and support the businesses management team with their continued development, whilst advising on the work inurface do in the DOOH (digital out-of-home) and retail environments.

Never.no says yes to Kathuria
Audience engagement specialist Never.no has announced Karl Kathuria as Customer Solutions Director.
The former Head of Digital Delivery for BBC World Service will direct customer relations strategy and manage design, development and production of Never.nos solutions to reflect clients needs for broadcasting and streaming markets.

Zinc Media Group appoints Westbury as MD
Damon Westbury is to be the new Managing Director of television and content creation group Zinc Communicate.
Westbury, who previously led The European Broadcaster Exchange and prior to that held senior commercial roles at Clear Channel, Microsoft Advertising, handbag.com, Carlton and Fox Kids, will spearhead the growth and repositioning of Zinc Communicate.

Artsy welcomes Lamvik as VP of Growth Marketing
Artsy, the online marketplace for buying, selling and discovering art, has hired Robert Lamvik as VP of Growth Marketing.
In this role, he will help unlock the platform’s full potential by growing its user base of more than 2m art collectors and sellers, and better connecting the two by scaling paid marketing, optimizing lifecycle marketing, and discovering new high impact growth opportunities.
Lamvik brings his creative vision, coupled with data-driven experience to the team. He joins Artsy from PlayVS, where he led Growth and Marketing, helping to bring esports to high schools and colleges across the country. Prior to that role, Lamvik held global leadership positions at both Headspace & Spotify where he focused on subscriber growth initiatives across product and marketing
