Drawbridge WinstoniAd executive Winston Crawford joins Drawbridge
Winston Crawford, formerly head of Apple’s iAd Marketplaces, has been appointed chief operating officer at cross-device identification firm Drawbridge. At Apple, Crawford was responsible for the creation and growth of programmatic media buying platform iAd Workbench. At Drawbridge, he will work to further scale existing business, as well as explore and develop new business opportunities.

Tracx hires ex-Mojiva CEO Bennett Theiman
Social management platform Tracx has appointed Bennett Theimann as chief financial officer. Theimann was formerly CEO of mobile ad network Mojiva, which PubMatic acquired in 2014, and has also served in executive roles at Hachette Filipacchi Media, Cellfish Media and audio ad network TargetSpot.

S4M appoints Frederic Joseph UK CEO and global COO
Frederic Joseph has joined mobile demand platform S4M as UK chief executive, and global chief operating offer. Following management roles at Publicis and Saatchi – plus serving as president of the French IAB – Frederic will be responsible for developing S4Ms operations, initially, with a focus on the UK market.

Ad2games names Sheila Kagan COO and MD
Games monetisation firm Ad2games has appointed Sheila Kagan as chief operating officer and managing director. Kagan – who has previously held roles at peformance ad firm Matomy and online gambling firm 888.com – will be replacing former MD Johannes Rolf, who has left his position to join the company’s advisory board.
