Tatton-Brown joins ad tech firm BlisMedia from a role as managing director of performance at Xaxis. Before that, he co-founded Amobee, which was acquired by SingTel in 2012. As chief strategy and marketing officer, he will help grow BlisMedias global footprint and worldwide client base.

Jason Baker appointed managing director of Publicitas UK
Bakers career has included roles at Blinkx, Starcom MediaVest, ValueClick and News UK. Publicitas says this truly multi-channel experience combined with extensive client and agency contacts will enable Baker to accelerating Publicitas growth in the UK.

Grant Owens appointed chief strategy officer of Critical Mass
Previously group VP head of planning at Razorfish North America, Owens will be leading up the digital experience design agencys international strategy team. Based in New York, Owens will report to Critical Mass CEO Dianne Wilkins, and will sit on the companys global executive team.

Michael Halbherr joins Zeotap as strategic advisor
After stepping down from his role as CEO of Nokias HERE business to pursue entrepreneurial interests last August, Halbherr has become an investor in Zeotap, a technology company that helps MNOs monetise their data assets. As a strategic advisor, Halbherr will lend his skills in international growth strategy to zeotap’s business development efforts across North America, EMEA and Asia.
