Blis hires Pannum to open business in Dubai
Location data firm Blismedia has appointed Puja Pannum as managing director, Middle East, to head up operations in Dubai.

Following roles at AOL and Microsoft in the UK, Pannum relocated to Dubai to become Yahoo UAE Country Manager in 2010, and has since held positions at Ikoo and Reach.

Warnes joins Deloitte to lead digital agency
Jason Warnes has been named as a partner by Deloitte, responsible for developing its full-service design and development agency Deloitte Digital, which launched last year.

Warnes has previously held the role of managing director at digital agencies TH_NK and, prior to that, AKQA.

Pure Media appoints head of planning
Katy Clarkson has joined Pure Media, part of the Chime Communications Group, as head of planning – a newly-created role, as part of a wider management restructure

Clarkson joins the agency from a Maxus, where she worked for 17 years, latterly as a client director.

Red Door lets in business manager Botten
Marketing agency Red Door Interactive has appointed Tanya Botten as business manager.

Botten joins from Periscope, where was an account executive, and at Red Door will serve as the agency’s primary day-to-day client contact to develop and execute marketing plans.
