James Shepherd has become Head of Mobile at Havas Media Group and Mobext, placing him in charge of the companys mobile capability and tasking him with building long-term, tactical and strategic growth and delivering innovative mobile marketing solutions for clients including O2, Nationwide and Ubisoft.

Tracx hires industry veteran Rick Rudman as CEO
Social management platform Tracx has appointed Rick Rudman as the companys new CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Rudman was recently CEO and Chairman of public relations firm Vocus, a company he co-founded and led through a successful IPO to a sale for close to $500m (£322m).
