InSkin Media Promotes New Global Insights Lead
International ad tech firm InSkin Media has promoted former insights manager Sebastian Schindler to a new role as global insights lead, where he will be responsible for deepening the firms commitment to research and campaign analysis.

Schindler joined the firm early in 2015, and has driven the transformation of the companys research activities, leading an acclaimed viewability project and a ground-breaking visual engagement study.

He also spearheaded InSkins commitment to enhanced campaign reporting, introducing viewability metrics in all campaign reports through the companys global partnership with Moat, as well as in-depth campaign analysis in partnership with Research Now and Millward Brown.

“Sebastian had added huge depth and authority to our research activities,” said Hugo Drayton, CEO of InSkin Media. “His infectious enthusiasm and commitment to high-quality insight is inspirational for the whole InSkin team and our many partners across the world. Award-winning UX Brothers Join Karmarama
Creative agency Karmarama is strengthening its offering across the customer journey with the hiring of two multi award-winning UX designers, Amardeep Shakhon and Gurmit Singh Shakhon, who also happen to be brothers.

The pair will be joining as executive experience directors, working alongside chief creative officer Nik Studzinski on creative output and leading the Experience Design unit within Karmaramas team.

“Every interaction between a brand and their consumer should be fluid and connected,” said Studzinski. “Gurmit and Amardeep are bringing invaluable UX skills that can further strengthen how we translate our creative work across all disciplines. Im delighted to welcome them to the team.”

The Shakhon brothers have worked across three continents for an array of clients, including Sony Playstation, Coca Cola and Carphone Warehouse, and won numerous awards for UX and design, including a BIMA Award for their work with Sky Q.

Industry Veteran Paul Cunningham Heads to Unify
Unify, the Atos brand for communications software and services, has revealed its new chief marketing officer in the form of Paul Cunningham, who brings 25 years experience in information and communication technology marketing to the role.

Cunningham has worked in a variety of roles, from large vendors such as Oracle, channel leaders such as Westcon and smaller SaaS start-ups. Most recently, he has operated a freelance consultancy, and the breadth of insights that his varied career has given him will prove invaluable to Unify as it aims to disrupt and reshape the industry.

“I am delighted to be joining Unify and Atos at this pivotal moment in the development of the group,” said Cunningham. “Unify, our partners and our customers stand to benefit hugely from Atos global leadership in digital transformation for enterprises.”

Cunningham succeeds Bob Clinton in the role, and will be responsible for all of Unifys marketing activities for its OpenScape and Circuit solution portfolios, as well as serving as part of the Unify executive committee.

Dare Strengthens Tech Credentials with Two New Hires
Digital creative agency Dare has announced Joe Price is taking on the role of head of .NET and Bongani Ndlovu is joining as technical director, two appointments aimed at expanding the agencys technical capabilities to ensure it remains competitive.

Price joins from Lightmaker, where he was lead technical developer, and boasts over over 11 years of experience in web development. He will be responsible for leading and continuing to grow Dares .NET capabilities.

Ndlovu will be responsible for overseeing the firms engineering teams across all its hubs, as well as developing technology-driven projects and products. He previously worked as a senior Flash developer at RAPP, and has a background in electronics and 3D product design.

“Joes expertise in using and implementing both licensed and open-sourced frameworks for .NET specifically makes him an ideal leader for this area of our work, while Bonganis experience establishing an engineering team specialising in a broad technology spectrum is the perfect fit for the technical director role at Dare,” said Michael Olaye, CEO of Dare.

Jonathan Durden Joins AnyClip as Advisor
Co-founder of creative agency PHD Jonathan Durden has taken on an advisory position at video personalisation and monetisation firm AnyClip.

Durden brings a unique combination of experience as brand creative, entrepreneur and business leader to AnyClip, which is preparing to introduce content-driven personalised video advertising to its offering.

AnyClips video ads currently reach more than 100m unique monthly visitors worldwide, and the company was recently recognised by Deloitte as the second fastest-growing company on the 2016 Israel Fast 50 and 14th on the Technology Fast 500 EMEA list.
