James Chandler Leaving Mindshare for Snapchat UK
Mindshares global mobile director James Chandler is set to leave the firm this November to join Snapchat UKs sales and partnership team in an undisclosed role.

Chandler has held his current role at the WPP-owned media agency since 2014, and previously served as head of mobile for the company. Under his leadership, Mindshare has produced innovative mobile campaigns for brands including Jaguar, Unilever, Volvo and Three.

He is also a member of the IAB UK Mobile Board, and was voted Mobile Marketer of the Year in our 2014 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, in a Peoples Choice category.

Crimson Hexagon Appoints New Managing Director
Justin Khaksar has joined social intelligence firm Crimson Hexagon as senior vice president and managing director for EMEA and APAC. He previously worked at Loyaltics as general manager and vice president of EMEA, and has 19 years of experience in enterprise and marketing technology, having spent stints at Brightcove, Simply Media and Caspian Publishing.

“Justin sees the power and opportunity social intelligence offers the market in Europe,” said a Crimson Hexagon spokesperson in a blog post announcing his appointment. “Justin has already contributed to some important milestones for Crimson Hexagon.

“He sees the companys focus on the already-expanding market, its position as best-in-breed as opposed to total solution, and its passion for democratising unstructured data as just some of the many tools in [its] arsenal for success over its competitors.”

Brand & Deliver Expands Executive Board
Creative marketing agency Brand & Deliver has promoted Ros Carmoody to partnerships director and added her to the companys executive board in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the launch and development of the partnerships business at the company.

While at the firm, Carmoody has led multiple award winning campaigns and delivered 25 per cent year-on-year growth since 2010. In her new role, she will oversee all partnership accounts including Sony Pictures International, Disney, Universal and Warner Bros.

“Ros promotion is a reflection of her hard work, commitment and can-do attitude from day one at B&D,” said Ben Gallop, CEO of Brand & Deliver. “She has led the partnerships business from strength to strength, delivering remarkable year-on-year growth and inspiring the rest of the team to reach their full potential.”

KBH Digital Names Programmatic Advisor
Wayne Blodwell, founder of the Programmatic Advisory, has joined KBH Digital as the companys programmatic advisor. Blodwell has previously held senior positions with Arena Media, Universal McCann, iProspect and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Blodwell will be responsible for KBH Digitals product and data strategy with a remit to incorporate market leading technologies into its existing platform, with a focus on delivering addressable video advertising through the companys partners.
