TVTY Bolsters Team with Three Key Hires
Moment marketing firm TVTY has announced three new appointments aimed at further expanding its rapidly-growing team of experts. Gregory Gazagne, executive vice president for EMEA at Criteo, is joining the board, while Pierre Osdoit and Pauline Boisseau are named as heads of marketing and sales respectively.
Gregory Gazagne has over 15 years experience in media advertising and online marketing, and has been at Criteo since 2010, where he has been responsible for scaling the company to its current size and position as a multi-billion dollar listed firm.
Pierre Osdoit, another Criteo alumnus, will serve as head of marketing, boosting the companys presence in the industry. He was previously head of product rollout from 2012 to 2015, and played a critical role in maximising TVTYs global product revenue.
Pauline Boisseau joins the company to serve as head of sales in France. She has more than 10 years experience in advertising sales, having worked for such prestigious companies as Marie-Claire, Bauer and Perform Group.

Kiosked Names New CEO
Antti Pasila has been named as the new CEO of global programmatic ad platform Kiosked. Former chief strategy officer at the company, Pasila co-founded the firm in 2010 alongside Micke Paqvalen, the former CEO who has now been appointed as chairman of the board.
Kiosked recently unveiled its first SaaS platform aimed at publishers to create and manage in-content ad placements, and is shifting its focus to revolutionising online ad experiences by placing the user front and centre.
“Ad blocking and unviewable ads are costing publishers tens of billions in ad revenue each year – we help publishers tackle the root cause of these challenges: poor advertising experience,” said Pasila. “With the Kiosked paltform, publishers are finally able to choose quality over quantity with relevant, highly viewable ads that drive up to four times higher click-through rates.”
Brandwatch Appoints VP for New French Office
Social intelligence firm Brandwatch has opened a new office in Paris, with the aim of strengthening its presence in the region and delivering on the latest phase of its global expansion programme. The company has further invested in the region by appointing Bertrand Saint-Martin as vice president for France.
“Bertrand brings extensive management experience and market knowledge,” said Giles Palmer, CEO of Brandwatch. “He will be a strong asset for our expansion in France. We are determined to develop our services and expand our global footprint to fulfill the growing needs of our customers.”
Saint-Martin has more than 25 years experience in sales and marketing roles across Europe and Asia, including the last 14 years spent at French software developer Dassault Systèmes. He will help the company expand its offering and activities in France, powered by a recent $33m (£27m) funding round led by Partech Ventures.
Outfront Media Appoints First Ever Chief Technical Officer
Joel Melby is set to become the first ever chief technical officer at Outfront Media, one of the largest out-of-home advertising groups in North America. In his role, Melby will oversee the development and engineering teams building Outfronts ON Smart Media platform.
Melby recently served as the chief technical officer of programmatic TV platform Clypd, and is a recognised leader in the digital media industry. He has 30 years experience in system engineering, software development and product management across companies including Motorola, Arris and Broadbus.
“We are excited to bring Joel and his unique skill-set to our company,” said Andy Sriubas, executive vice president of strategic planning and development. “We are adapting some of the most innovative technology solutions from other industries to our business, and adding a proven leader like Joel will help us maximise the results of these initiatives.”
