M&S Launches Passbook Loyalty Programme

Marks & Spencer has launched a loyalty programme within its iOS app that works with Apple’s Passbook.
Offers received by email, direct mail and text should be Passbook-enabled so users can add these offers to the M&S app. Customers will receive push notifications when new deals arrive in-app, get reminders when an offer is about to expire and be able to share deals with friends.
Tesco, The Body Shop, Seatwave and eFlorist all announced they were trialling the wallet earlier this month but M&S is the first major UK retailer to go live with Passbook.
