M&S unveils ‘Christmas starts here’ ad

Marks & Spencer is embracing the festive spirit with its 2024 Christmas campaign.

Titled ‘Christmas Starts Here,’ the a 90-second television commercial narrated from the perspective of a young girl.

Featuring 10-year-old Skylar Blu, known for her participation on Britain’s Got Talent, the advert highlights the finest Marks & Spencer partywear, decorations, gifts, and homeware for the holiday season.

The advert was directed by Emmy-nominated Elliot Power, with choreography by Corey Baker, celebrated for his recent work on Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

The ad is set to the song ‘I Believe in Miracles’ by The Jackson Sisters and was created in partnership with the creative agency Mother.

The campaign will run across multiple channels until 15 December.
